Yes! Every single class you take with us, whether it's your first or your thirtieth, will all be free! We are a high school community outreach project, as well as a Florida certified non-profit organization. Our goal is to bring quality education resources to students across the globe.

We believe that being high school students isn't a disadvantage, but a unique opportunity. Since we're all students, we can provide insights that other adults may not. We have recent, in-class experience related to the subjects we teach and are able to connect with students on a peer-to-peer level.

Our tutors are able to teach a variety of subjects in English, Spanish, and Mandarin. We attempt to work with students in their target language to promote immersion, but offer clarifications in their native language when necessary.

Each tutor runs their class slightly differently, however we all tailor our sessions to the student's needs. If they have homework they want to work on, that's what the class will focus on. If there's not a specific topic requested by the student, the tutors will continue on with what they've been learning in class or what the tutor taught last session. We require all students and tutors to keep their cameras on for the duration of the class for both the tutor's and student's safety. All communications are done through official channels such as the rESOLution Project email, or our tutors' specific rESOLution Project affiliated email addresses.

Our class bookings open on a 7-day rolling basis, meaning for 7 days in advance, all timeslots are open. Through our booking page students or parents of students may submit booking requests for our administrators to approve. Afterwards, the bookings may be edited up to 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time. We provide a 10 minute grace period for starting the class, however afterwards rESOLution Project reserves the right to cancel any classes. We ask that students respect the donated time of our tutors. We issue 3 warnings before taking action; warnings reset each calendar year. Multiple violations of our booking policy may result in a denial of future services.
